Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Positions can be full-time or part-time and generally require staff availability during afternoon and evening hours.

Positions pay $23-$28/hour depending on experience.

• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) or related disabilities
• RBT certification is preferred but not necessary. Sage Health Services will assist hires in obtaining RBT certification.
• Speaking Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work with families and children with diverse backgrounds, ethnicities, cultures, and economic status.
• Basic computer skills. Ability to type and use programs such as Microsoft Word & Excel.
• Current driver’s license (any State) and access to personal transportation.
• Must provide proof of insurance and registration.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes.
• Must be a citizen or legal resident of the United States and eligible for employment.
• Must be able to pass a federal background check (including fingerprinting).
• Must submit to and pass a standard drug screening.
• Must be available to work afternoons and evenings (after school hours).
• Must have and maintain current CPR & First Aid certification (or complete such a course as provided by the employer)

• Provide 1 on 1 intensive ABA Therapy in the homes of clients.
• Follow behavior oriented teaching programs and protocols, specific to each client.
• Keep a consistent schedule with assigned families & clients.
• Complete required training as provided by the employer. 
• Work towards RBT certification. 
• Collect and maintain appropriate behavior data.
• Complete all other required paperwork and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality in accordance to HIPAA guidelines.
• Attend staff meetings, trainings, and other required meetings.
• Complete all additional job duties as assigned by the Supervisor/Director.
