Sage Health Services was established in 2011 to help improve the lives of the people we support. At Sage, we believe that every child and adolescent diagnosed with autism is unique and in need of supports to lead them on their path to success. Each case therefore starts out with an initial assessment conducted by a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This assessment will identify strengths and deficiencies and help in creating a treatment plan that focuses on these findings. As progress is made, treatment plans are frequently updated to align with a client’s current needs and challenges.
Jared Shoemaker has been working in the disability services field since 2001. He has worked with individuals with both developmental disabilities and mental and emotional challenges. Firmly adhering to the person-centered approach, Jared believes that treatment plans and interventions must be uniquely tailored to the abilities, needs, and desires of each individual receiving mental health support. To assess success and progression, all plans must have objective criteria that can be measured and adjusted as necessary. Jared has a BS in psychology from Brigham Young University and a MA in criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
